Investigation on drug an d substance abuse on the learner academic performance in public primary schools in Kamumu zone. Mbeere North sub county. Embu County. Good performance of learners is of high value to all people. To learners, middle aged people, parents and all stakeholders. For this reason you find parents moving their children from schools which perform poorly, to the schools which are performing better, because they want their children to get education of good quality. Generally performance is needed by everybody. May it be in towns or in rural areas.
