Henryk Stefanek was born on 5th September 1946. He is a holder of a Masters degree in Geography at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and a Ph.D holder in the field of Tourism in the Faculty of Earth Sciences at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in Organization of International Tourism at Higher School of Economics in Cracow. In 1994 he established Vincent Pol Private Schools in Lublin, and in 2000 established Vincent Pol University in Lublin. He is the President and Founder of the University. Doc. Stefanek is a Director of the Voivodeship Tourist Information Centre in Lublin, Chairperson of the Voivodeship Polish Tourism and Sightseeing Society, and the Chairperson of the Cooperative “Turysta” (Tourist). He is a renowned University Lecturer in the field of tourism. He has been a long-term official and employee in the field of tourism.enBooklet
