The research report has five chapters. The researcher emphasized on the background to the study that includes various incidences of absenteeism and lateness that occurred in the school. The various people who were interviewed, their behavioral patterns towards contributing to causes or solutions to absenteeism and lateness. The purpose of the study as well as the aims was also covered in this chapter. Significance of the study and limitations of the study was also discussed. The literature review was also discussed. It consisted of literature on past information regarding similar incidences that occurred in connection to the study. It emphasized on peoples quotations from books and incidences as reported. The review mainly covered incidences of related studies on causes, effects and solutions to absenteeism and lateness. The researcher covered methodology used; the research design, population sample, sampling design and procedure, data collection instruments, data collection procedure and data analysis procedure. The researcher also focused on the data analysis and information so as to obtain answers to research questions. The researcher used frequencies and percentages in tables, graphs, bar charts and pie charts to interpret the quantitative data. The data was analyzed and presented in a narrative form. The researcher also discussed about the summary, conclusion and recommendation on the various issues in the research.
