The study is set to investigate the causes of poor performance in Chemistry among secondary school students in Lang’ata District, Nairobi County. The main objectives will be to find out the factors that have influenced the performance in Chemistry in the National Examinations. The researcher will employ simple random sampling, which will enable her to save on time. The sample will consist of five secondary schools in Lang’ata District, which will be randomly selected to study
