The aim of this study was to find out the role played by ICT in the management of selected funded projects, in Nyarugenge district, specifically the EDV (Ending domestic violence) funded by the Norwegian peoples AID. The task was accomplished by designing as self structured questionnaire, which was used as an instrument for collecting the relevant data. The study involved qualitative data analysis whereby the researcher collected information from the respondents to establish patterns and relationships with the area being studied. The research was analytical and descriptive in nature and was carried out by use of self structured questionnaires. A population for the study was 54 respondents that were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained mainly from the primary sources. Data from completed questionnaires was edited, categorized and summarized using simple frequency counts, descriptive, percentage and correlational analysis. The results of the study indicated that the following variables data analysis, decision making, communication avenues, data storage, enterprise mobility and advertisements play a key role in the enhancement of the project management. The study further indicates that there exists a strong significant relationship between the role of ICT and the performance of projects, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of .812**. The researcher recommends that the managers and employees in the organization need to be equipped to identify, analyze and manage ICT operation from a more diverse range of sources and contexts, which at the end result will translate into enhancement of the performance of the projects. Agent should focus attention on sensitizing the Rwandan population towards financial market necessity and beneficial returns.en_US
